A strategy project analyzing Zudio, a fast-fashion retailer, and designing customer acquisition and retention tactics aimed at Gen Z shoppers.
What I did
- Researched the India fashion retail market and identified Gen Z as an underserved, high-value segment
- Designed a tiered discount structure and a ZPoints loyalty program with Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers
- Built curated bundle pricing across 5 customer segments and a referral/group discount model
- Delivered a 4-month phased rollout plan with defined KPIs per phase
Results
Referral program modeled at 2–4x cheaper acquisition cost than digital ads; 4-month execution roadmap with phase-specific KPIs
