- Developed brand positioning, vision/mission, and core values (purity, freshness, sustainability)
- Built the brand kit: logo, tagline, color palette, and typography system
- Mapped a 5-stage customer journey with defined touchpoints at each stage
- Conducted competitor analysis and defined the brand’s unique selling points
